Delivery Service

Currently, our delivery is within the city of Jeddah only. Delivery is available 7 days a week, from Saturday to Thursday, from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Friday deliveries start from 16:30 to 10:00 at night.

The sender must provide the correct address and phone number of the recipient and the organization will not be responsible for any kind of compensation, If the address or details of the recipient provided are not complete, Incorrect or does not answer the phone.

In the event of a request during holidays or seasons, Requests will be processed within 24 hours. Therefore, we advise customers to submit their orders 24 hours prior to the desired delivery date.

In the event that the driver left to deliver the order to the recipient, and the delivery of the order was delayed by the recipient, the delivery value will be calculated again.
